General Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with GoSaed ("we", "us", or "our") through our website, services, or communications, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoSaed.

2. Service Overview

GoSaed provides premium services in three primary categories:

  • Transport & Tours: Luxury vehicle services, airport transfers, and bespoke Tanzanian experiences
  • Multimedia Production: Professional photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation
  • Concierge Services: Personalized assistance including event planning, business support, and lifestyle management

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information as required

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days prior to implementation.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

Transport & Tours Terms

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings require confirmation via our official channels (website, email, or phone)
  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, or cash (USD accepted at current exchange rate)
  • Long-distance transfers and tours require 50% deposit upon booking
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond 30 minutes (after scheduled pickup time)

3. Cancellation Policy

Standard Transfers
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before service
Tours & Custom Itineraries
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before service
Late Cancellations
50% of total fee for cancellations within 12 hours
No-Shows
100% of total fee will be charged

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information
  • Ensure children under 12 use appropriate safety seats (available upon request)
  • Respect vehicle cleanliness and no-smoking policy
  • Be ready at designated pickup time to avoid delays

5. Liability & Insurance

  • We maintain comprehensive vehicle insurance as required by Tanzanian law
  • Maximum liability for lost/damaged luggage is $200 per item
  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles due to negligence

Multimedia Production Terms

1. Project Initiation

  • All projects begin with a signed agreement and required deposit (typically 30-50%)
  • Client must provide all necessary materials (logos, brand guidelines, etc.) within agreed timelines
  • Delays in client feedback may affect project deadlines

2. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains rights to all provided materials
  • Final deliverables ownership transfers upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
  • GoSaed retains rights to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless specified in contract
  • Client warrants all provided materials are properly licensed

3. Revisions & Approvals

  • Projects include 2 rounds of revisions (additional revisions billed hourly)
  • Approval at each stage must be provided in writing
  • Changes after final approval may incur additional charges

4. Delivery & Usage

  • Final files delivered via secure transfer within 7 days of final approval
  • Client responsible for proper file backup after delivery
  • Usage rights are specified in each project contract

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable after project commencement
  • Cancellation after 50% completion requires payment for work completed
  • Pre-paid third-party expenses (stock media, etc.) are non-refundable

Concierge Services Terms

1. Service Scope

Our concierge services include but are not limited to:

  • Event planning and coordination
  • Business support services
  • Lifestyle management
  • Personal shopping and sourcing
  • Travel arrangements
  • Remote digital assistance

2. Service Limitations

  • We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice
  • We cannot guarantee availability of requested items/services
  • Same-day requests subject to availability

3. Fees & Payment

  • Service fees consist of base rate + expenses + applicable taxes
  • Retainer clients receive priority service and discounted rates
  • Third-party purchases require prepayment or credit authorization
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed

4. Confidentiality

  • All client information is treated as confidential
  • We implement reasonable security measures for data protection
  • Client must inform us of any special confidentiality requirements

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard services: 12 hours notice required for cancellation
  • Event services: 72 hours notice required
  • Pre-paid third-party expenses may be non-refundable

Privacy & Data Protection
