How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for most services. For popular tour dates or large events, booking 1–2 weeks ahead is advisable to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — feel free to call us to check.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile payments (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa), PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be confirmed when we process your booking request. A deposit may be required for certain services.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes! Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on the service type. Multi-day tours and large events may have different policies — these will be clearly stated when you book.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation email with all details within 2 hours of submitting your request (usually much faster). We'll also send a reminder 24 hours before your booking with your service provider's contact information. You can always check your booking status by calling or messaging us.
What if my plans change after booking?
We understand plans change! Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes at no extra cost when possible. For last-minute changes, we may charge a small administration fee depending on the circumstances.
Is there a discount for multiple services or long-term bookings?
Absolutely! We offer package discounts when you book multiple services (like transport + photography) or for extended durations (weekly/monthly hires). Mention your needs in the special requests field or contact us directly for a custom quote.
